Hey Russ and group. I’m approaching my 50th year on this planet and starting to feel gravity a bit more on my body. My goals are to gain strength, improve mobility and overall health and learn something new.

Run Up To Christmas πŸŽ…
What are you going to focus on over this coming week to try and stay reasonably on the wagon, despite for many, this being the most indulgent time of year? πŸ₯‘ Good food choices πŸ’¦ Adequate hydration πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ Keeping up activity levels πŸ’€ Getting adequate quality sleep ❓️ Something else? Let us know in the comments πŸ‘‡ Make your commitment realistic and achievable. Don't over commit as this often ends in disappointment. Not sure? Give me a shout I'll be happy to help. Russ
