Thank you for joining Pilates At Home. Welcome to the community, as that is what this is. I'd love to hear from you regularly through posts, comments and likes! Post your questions and your wins, support each other with likes and comments ๐Ÿ‘ Although the course is free, you unlock the next levels with engagement in the community. Or by having your onbosrding call where we will make a plan for you and your goals. Sessions 1 & 2, as well as the Quick Start session and the Tutorials & Principles are already unlocked. You unlock the next in series, live Zoom recordings and daily maintenance sessions by achieving level 2. You also unlock the direct messaging function at level 2. How's your week going? Are you keeping to your plans of what you wanted to achieve this week? Are you hitting your health and fitness goals? If not, it isn't too late to do something about it. Let us know in the comments how you are doing. Or if things have not gone to plan, what you intend to do! If you need any help please shout. This is NOT just about Pilates. In other news, I just dropped a new session which is a live Zoom recording from Saturday in to the Zoom recordings category in classroom. If you have not yet got yourself to level 2 (which unlocks pretty much everything in here) then it won't yet be accessible. However, if you make a post introducing yourself, and a few people like and comment (basically community engagement) then you will probably be level 2 within around 20 minutes. OR... You could take the shortcut and get on an onboarding call with me where we can jump on a Zoom call and make a plan for you, depending on your goals. And then I'll open (almost) everything up for you. For every additional 2,000 steps perday, heart disease, cancer and premature death drops by 10% - peaking at 10,000 where impact drops off. Get in that activity. If your daily steps sit at or below the 4,000 mark, thid is classes as sedentary, you NEED to get moving. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ

Weekly Accountability
How did you do last week? And how will you do next week? Have you ever noticed that many people struggle to see results with their health and fitness goals and eventually lose motivation? Often, itโ€™s because they havenโ€™t been able to maintain consistency, build good habits, and ultimately, achieve their goals. ๐Ÿ˜ซ But hereโ€™s the good news: **Accountability is one of our most powerful tools!** It can keep us on track and help us stay consistent. โœจ **This Sunday, letโ€™s make our SPECIFIC commitments for the coming week in the comments below!** Here are some examples to inspire you: - ๐Ÿซ **Snacking:** "I will not eat any processed snacks until the weekend." - ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ **Fitness:** "I will complete a 25-minute On Demand session every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday." - ๐Ÿ–๏ธ **Holiday Practice:** "I will dedicate 10 minutes daily to my practice, even while on holiday." - ๐Ÿ›Œ **Sleep:** "I will go to bed one hour earlier every night." - ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ **Stress Relief:** "I will practice 10 minutes of breathing exercises daily to manage work stress." **Remember, the more specific, the better!** Instead of saying, "I'll drink more water," say, "I will drink 2.5 liters of water each day." Instead of, "I'll try to snack less," commit to, "I will not eat any processed snacks all week." Weโ€™ll be here throughout the week to cheer you on and provide support. โœ… Make your commitments below, and letโ€™s hold each other accountable!
