Lifting with a bad back?
This might help. Contrary to popular belief, there's not a correct way it seems. Whatever is most comfortable ๐Ÿคฏ I still prefer a neutral spine and brace the core to lift, especially with a sore back... What do you find most comfortable?

14 Day Challenge ๐Ÿซต You In?
I'm going to launch a challenge starting on Friday (or a week Friday, just finalising) ๐Ÿ™Œ 14 days of performing one (very beneficial) exercise, with gradual progressions. This will be accessible to everyone on some level. The real challenge is doing something every day, not necessarily progressing the levels. Whose in? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Let us know in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡ Crucial part for me today is a walk. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Monday I breakfast with my 2 toddlers while the other half gyms early doors. Carnage. Then I work ๐Ÿ’ป I instruct 2 sessions today so it's a must I get in at least half hour walk before the first session. Puts me mentally and physically in the right place. Walking is also a recognised back pain intervention. So many benefits. Whatever you're planning, get in some movement, and have a graat start to the week!
