Working on 300 days hand /forearm/wrist comparison and on the growing thicker hands course, I still need to record a few clips for it, it got delayed because I lost a bit of weight again and didn't like how I looked on the camera lol but it's gonna be my most detailed video ever uploaded and probably will stay this way for a long time

TRAPS
Good day to all you fine gentlemen here. Men, I want to know what you do for traps. I haven’t seen as much growth as I’d like from my traps and they are falling a little behind compared to my shoulders and upper back. I don’t feel too great of a connection with many exercises in the traps. Shrugs, heavy or light, don’t activate them as much as they used to. Upright rows and dumbbell military press don’t get traps as much as they used to either. Just wanted to know if anyone has any tips or tricks, thanks.

Hey yall, can i get some advice on how to imptove my physique?
Ive been lifting for 2 yrs, im 15yo. I really struggle with bulking. After seeing Rogers videos, I really wanted to start daily forearm training, but the thing is - i play the cello (a musical instrument) and im afraid my forarms will be cooked for the whole day. I do bro split. Rn full bodybuilding. Can i get some bulking tips and maybe some callouts like which muscles should i focus on? Also if yall have some advice on forearm training, would be greatful. Thanks.

@Trizztan I Milk Enjoyer Brother this is ducking NEXT level. Godd dammn. Thank you brother! I started off with powerliftig so i have exp in lifting heavy af deadlifts and squats. (my squat and dl were 150kg) But now im onto just lifting for muscle and test Brother my name is arnold so I have to go with the arnold split.
