I cannot no matter what the fuck I do take it to failiour and I am getting really fucking angry with this shit.my shoulders hurt the sides of my biceps hurt and I don’t know what the hell is going on.its like I am too thin to get full contraction because the weights are too fucking wide.
@Georgio De marino maybe you're lacking some vitamins that are good for bone/tendon health or your recovery isn't good enough because of your protein intake/ sleep, I think collagen could help you but do some research on that if you want to supplement with it, as I'm not really sure what the cause of your pain is

@Georgi Momchilov Bro mine were 16-16.5 to begin with, growing wrists is absolutely possible, our thin and weak structures are only the outcome of our laziness and lack of physical activity as children (at least for me, I was spending all day playing minecraft while my grandfather was in the fields at 6 and he has massive hands)
This isn't really strenght but I could say my energy, working in a shelter for 8-10h then going on a run with a dog, going back home and cycling/walking to the gym, I think that's why I chose "relentless" in the first place because once I start working I don't stop until I physically can't take it anymore
