Popeye forearms
I want to make a video about my updated forearm routine with the new tools I got and some tweaks I've made to it, I also got myself some thick grips which I feel much better than an uneven towel wrapped around the dumbell (use code "Roger" for 10% off if you want them) : https://www.goldengrip.com/products/thick-grips?sca_ref=5690472.klKvNvv1Am

@Luke Jacobs Me getting destroyed for 11mins
how to do cupping with a dumbell?
Idk what the difference between a wrist curl and cupping is, what am I trying to do when I cup and how do I know ive reached failure? Am I supposed to try and scoop my knuckles under the dumbell and curl it up or what am I supposed to do?

You know you're reaching failure when the burn either becomes too painful or if you can't do the movement properly anymore, wrist flexions and cupping are the same thing also and as for the form @Rayan T gave you the video and timestamp

Consistency
Having the conversations I've had with many of you and seeing your progress makes me very happy! Your continued progress keeps me motivated in the gym and making progress as well. When you all are doing well, don't be afraid to share it with us. I am personally benefited from it and I don't think I'm the only one. Best of luck with your training friends! Let's smash our goals!

I'm glad to see this community is helpful to many young men, I'm grateful for each and everyone of you brothers.
Time taken to grow forarms
Generally, how long does it take to grow major parts like the brachioradialis or the flexors. I've been doing reverse curls and hammer curls intensely to failure for like 2 months, and it's gotten a bit bigger, but not where I want it to be. Also another question, as time progresses, how often should I be increasing the weight? I know it's whenever I'm doing too many reps, then increase the weight, I know that. I mean like for example, adding a pound to the barbell every week, what kind of progression should i try to do? So far it's been really hard to add more weight, whenever I try to push I can barely get 8 reps in. My protein is always above 100g a day and I get about 7 hours of sleep. And for the training I always feel a huge burn, and at the end of sets I can barely do more. Lastly, what weight do you guys use for wrist curls? What was this like compared to when you started, and what was the increase in weight with respect to time?

I think 100g of proteins is a bit low brother you should go for 1g per pound in my opinion and that should be the minimum, concerning your growth it will take time, I happen to have the same problem with my brachioradialis as it takes it's sweet time to grow compared to the other parts of my forearms but we're getting there, as for cupping I haven't increased the weight since I started but I added more reps/sets/little less rest between sets (as my dumbell is too small to add any more lol)
