Tips for quick energy? (Aside from cold showers
I have been so inconsistent because sometimes I go to mma or I'm just lazy, then time flies by and once it gets barely even close to 9 I can barely stand up, you guys got any quick ways to get some energy so I can crank out the last few workouts?, I also am quite inconsistent with my macros due to this

Cupping
I don't have a pulley but only dumbells. Should I do - the arm perpendicular to the ground (elbow down and arm straight up) or - the arm parallel to the ground (elbow out to the side so I am leaning sideways) when cupping? This better simulates the pulley Also should I do full range extension or from neutral position for arm wrestling/overall gains? Thanks

Questions about content creation (specifically for roger)
I made a few videos on tik tok but most of them were stuck around the 300 views mark. Since then I have decided to remove them to have a clean slate when I would try content creation again. Now I want to start again but I would love to have some answers on the following questions before I do that. What is the best way to get a ton of views on tiktok and instagram? Does it have anything to do with specific tags, sounds or a secret trick that I am not applying? PS: I create fitness content
