how to do cupping with a dumbell?
Idk what the difference between a wrist curl and cupping is, what am I trying to do when I cup and how do I know ive reached failure? Am I supposed to try and scoop my knuckles under the dumbell and curl it up or what am I supposed to do?

Cable Rope vs Belt for Pronations
Should I do Pronations with a Rope attachment on the Cable station at the Gym. Or should I get a martial arts belt like the one Roger uses. Am I going to miss out on Wrist and Hand gains if I dont use a belt? I want to maximize Wrist and Hand gains no matter what it takes.

Its all just a way to apply resistance so I wouldnt say that it matters all too much, these "scientists" make you overthink these kinds of things too much, but what I would do is use one of those popeyes pronators at golden grip that roger has and attach it to a cable/pulley if available, im pretty sure he stated once somewhere in thr comments section on one of the videos that the popeyes pronator is better than a belt and he feels it way more in his forearms, just experiment with what feels best but id reccomend doing that

I would also say that id just reccomend cables, its easier to load so you dont have to walk to the other side of a gym just to get some plates and apply them, as I said just do which one is the most practical cause both cables and free weights are just a way to apply resistance
