Cupping pulley or cupping dumbbell ?
Holy shit guys, following roger's new video I rushed to try it and damn the feeling and the congestion was crazy, please help me, I want to know when I can implement it, I was already doing 5x a week on cupping with dumbbell except for my back biceps days, can I implement it these days? Forget the dumbbell and only do it with the pulley? or do both on the same day? I would like to know your opinions.

@Roger C thank you very much and for the frequency I can do it 7x per week or 5x because of the back biceps

Day 40 of growing thicker hands. I already did it before but not seriously enough. I will do it until day 300

Advice
Do you have any tips for motivating yourself to eat foods you hate but are beneficial? (example: whey protein)

Hard session
hey bros, today I did one of the hardest sessions because I was sick and had almost no sleep and yet I tried to do my sets to failure with the minimum intensity that I could. What motivated me to go all the way was that I imagined myself with my dream physique going on a big hike with my bro even if at the end I thought I would faint in front of everyone as if Josh Emmett had knocked me out ah ah. All this to tell you that no matter the difficulty, you always attach yourself to your dream or your ideals or if you admire a person or even a fictional character, always say “what would he have done in my place?” do you see what I mean? Courage brothers, the path may seem long and hard but as long as you do not give up you can always win.
