Major plateaus have been broken From bench to triceps to shoulders to pull ups I was stuck at 20kg each side strict and I took it slowly now I am at 25 kg 10 reps strict and I did it like it’s nothing.bear in mind I am at 76 kg.if I am gonna make gains it’s now.i have prioritized both nutrition and performance and shit is going very fucking well.i am following the ppl btw that roger made.
