Popeye forearms
I want to make a video about my updated forearm routine with the new tools I got and some tweaks I've made to it, I also got myself some thick grips which I feel much better than an uneven towel wrapped around the dumbell (use code "Roger" for 10% off if you want them) : https://www.goldengrip.com/products/thick-grips?sca_ref=5690472.klKvNvv1Am

Change jobs?
I have wanted to get REALLY big my entire life. It’s been a dream of mine. I am already a decent size. I work as a nurse, and I always seem to burn out when I try to take bodybuilding seriously. I work 12 hour shifts, and the schedule can be unpredictable (some weeks I only get 2 days off). In my hometown, there is this program where you only work the weekend… so I could dedicate the rest of the 5 days to training. I am thinking of doing this and moving back in with my parents to pursue bodybuilding seriously. My only worries is the lack of independence, and the sustainability of this method as a long-term solution. Let’s say that I do this, and I bulk for 6 months and then cut for another 6. My plan after this, is to move out and find a job with more traditional shifts. I wouldn’t be working 2 days per week anymore. I would need to adapt. My schedule would be (somewhat) unpredictable again. Would I be able to maintain those results with a less rigorous and more erratic routine? Am I even making sense here? Is this even a good idea?

I think if you want to chase bodybuilding with a passion then it’s definitely best you work your schedule around it. So long as you don’t sacrifice your other life goals. I think you should do it if you want and good luck.

I think in my experience forearms and arms in general can be trained up to 6 times a week if they aren’t terribly sore but if you are sore and need a break let them recover. I would personally train them around 4 times a week along with other muscles in the arms it’s pretty hard to overtrain a muscle like forearms. So train your arms and brachilas as much as comfortable
Sick
I have pneumonia any intense training leads to my throat closing and my heart rate racing and I can’t eat anything if I do I will most likely throw it up so I’m fasting for the day. only have been doing forearms and neck any tips to try not to lose a bunch of weight or foods that are good for stomach health
