Good day to all you fine gentlemen here.
Men, I want to know what you do for traps. I haven’t seen as much growth as I’d like from my traps and they are falling a little behind compared to my shoulders and upper back. I don’t feel too great of a connection with many exercises in the traps. Shrugs, heavy or light, don’t activate them as much as they used to. Upright rows and dumbbell military press don’t get traps as much as they used to either.
Just wanted to know if anyone has any tips or tricks, thanks.
