@Georgio De marino that defeats the point man, when you don’t workout, your muscles are recovering and growing. In this stage of muscle growth you need to be eating the same if not more than when you’re just training. Good luck with the bulk :)
Anatomy question:
So Roger showed how both his muscles and ligaments in his forearms got bigger and really improved wrist size. But I was thinking, could the same be possible with Ankle size? I know that Roger has a skinny/small frame like me, but the thing is that it would be pretty weird to look jacked in the arma department and have huge wrists but have tiny ankles. Could you do the same for the ankles? Training the ankles like armwrestlers train forearms😂 Could rice bucket training work for feet?? Would you like me to do a full feet, ankles and toes workout??

I’ve actually thought about this multiple times too, it’s really annoying if you’re walking barefoot and some random blade of grass stabs your foot 😂. Fr tho, wrist curls with feet could be possible and rice bucket training is of course possible
Skipping legs is a NO GO ❌
I cannot reiterate this enough 😂 skipping legs is an awful habit to get into… When you skip your leg days, you miss out on the following: - practicing delayed gratification - The testosterone boost from a hard leg session - The natural dopamine after you finish a crazy set - The mental benefits - As they are so painful, you truly discover an ability to push yourself beyond your limits, and you can carry this into your other training days, which would help MORE growth! There are so many benefits to training legs and I get how people can turn a blind eye to it, because it’s painful to do lol. However you need to ask yourself this: - do you want a disproportional physique? - Do you want to be aesthetic? - Do you want to become the best version of yourself by pushing your limits? If you said you don’t want a disproportional physique, you want to be aesthetic, and you want to become your best version and achieve peak physical potential, then get to work !!!! (This is also motivation for me as I am doing legs tomorrow too 😂) Keep working hard, always here if anyone needs anything, Ryan 😁

Fr man, not many people are talking about the crazy test boost you get from training legs more often, or full body in general. Looking hella big 💪
Little intro post 🗿
Hello everyone, my name's Ryan, I am from London, UK, and I'm on a continuous journey of unlocking my peak physical potential! I have been going to the gym for almost 4 years now, taking myself from 51kg - 75kg, and you can see my transformation so far down below 😎👇But I'm not done, and I want more! Proud but never satisfied... Grateful to be a part of this community :) Let's get to work Ryan 💪

Creating a Space for Older Members ??
I don’t mean to sound rude in any way, but let me introduce myself. I’m 23 years old, I work full-time in finance, and I go to the gym both to improve myself and because I genuinely enjoy working out. My forearms have always been a weak point for me, which is how I discovered Roger on YouTube about a year ago. I just joined this community yesterday, and so far, I’ve mostly seen posts from younger guys, around 12 to 15 years old. That’s great—keep pushing, kids! I’m really proud of you, and I encourage you to keep working hard. However, I was wondering if there’s a space here for older members—maybe a private group or a subscription option to connect with people closer to my age? It’s not that I dislike younger members; I just don’t see much value in interacting with them at this stage of my life. I’d love to contribute to this community by sharing things like great books on psychology, relationships, and other topics that might not always be relevant to younger audiences. Is it possible to create a private group for older members to share and connect? I don’t see the point of staying here if I’m only talking to random kids (no offence). And when I mean kids I mean below 18 years old.

Sounds like a good idea man, I'm 15 and I 100% agree that there is a lot of info that I should not have come across or that was targeted to an older audience in the self-improvement world. A lot of people making self improvement videos (especially Hamza) give advice to "young men" about how they should live their lives, for example; that you should completely ignore girls and focus on business and improving your quality of life (not the best idea for a kid in high school). So go ahead with it brother, I'm sure it will benefit all of you to share a community with other people closer to your age.
