I keep making mistakes
Well the more you fuck up the more you learn.although I eat a good amount of food and quality food as well I don’t fucking utilise that shit.the main reason I was sluggish a lot of times is because the food I eat is so fucking much I need like 4 5 hours to absorb it to turn into energy instead of the 1 or tow hours.

I fucking understand
The only reason o have sudden energy boosts is because I let my body consume all the carbs i ate from last night.i went to the gym in the morning and I wasn’t as energized as I was at work.any recommendation for a supplement that will help is appreciated

Kind of a stupid question
How do I measure eggs?do I crack em and weight them or do I weight them with the shell because it’s not that heavy?also do fried eggs(omelet)have way different calories than boiled ones or should I just not bother.

Gut health issues
Hey yall. So I have been bulking for a few months now. Made the first gains in my life cause I realized I was starving myself (like roger). However my digestion is ass now. I have been having gasses and or diarrhea for all of these months. And the thing is, I am really healthy. I only eat eggs, butter, water, cow milk, cheese, beef, chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables. Yet I can’t digest anything. What can I do? Cause I want to make progress in the gym and in life but my digestion is so horrible I can’t move on. Something needs to change.
