Spending time with family
Have you taken action on my advice of spending time with your family and friends/ proposing an activity to someone ? Here's the action I took today : just asked my mother to record some clips of me for youtube and spent time with her laughing /talking about projects, in a few hours I will go to a parkour/trampoline park with my father and a good friend of mine (we'll record some clips in there this will be fun). Productive day and spending a lot of time with my family on top of that ! Your turn now brother.

Now that you mention it i miss cycling and trap shooting with my dad i used to to this with him when I was a kid like 3 4 times a week.now that we both work it’s fucking impossible.same thing with my brother we used to go on walks a lot and work out together but ever since he got married it’s become a rearity.
I keep making mistakes
Well the more you fuck up the more you learn.although I eat a good amount of food and quality food as well I don’t fucking utilise that shit.the main reason I was sluggish a lot of times is because the food I eat is so fucking much I need like 4 5 hours to absorb it to turn into energy instead of the 1 or tow hours.

Achievable through bulking and consistent training pretty much (especially if we're talking about forearms and hands)

Well now that we are talking my father despite the fact that he was a buff mf himself(kick boxing)the thing that impresses me about him is forearms and palms(especially palms).i proceeded to ask him what he did excluding weights.his answer was construction
I fucking understand
The only reason o have sudden energy boosts is because I let my body consume all the carbs i ate from last night.i went to the gym in the morning and I wasn’t as energized as I was at work.any recommendation for a supplement that will help is appreciated

Pull up alternative?
I can do only 1 clear pull up, my gym doesn't have an assisted pull up machine. Tyia
