Cupping
I don't have a pulley but only dumbells. Should I do - the arm perpendicular to the ground (elbow down and arm straight up) or - the arm parallel to the ground (elbow out to the side so I am leaning sideways) when cupping? This better simulates the pulley Also should I do full range extension or from neutral position for arm wrestling/overall gains? Thanks

Question regarding pull ups
Guys considering I can do 10 strict pulls ups now should I start doing weighted ones?because the way I see it when I try to do more I just get exhausted instead of going to failiure and I have been at this for weeks

CANT FEEL LATS DURING PULL UPS
guys i am having trouble feeling my lats during pull ups ,,, any advice?

@Arav Aarav what I did was just start with rope pull overs.i just bombed my lats that way and then once the pump was in I did mid to light weight pull downs.it took me months because I was a fuck up.

@Arav Aarav beginner as in you are beginning to do it correctly.
Neck training kinda makes my jaw look better
I don’t know if i am tripping or not because it been 3 weeks

Advice
I watched one of Roger’s videos regarding food and I have started incorporating 3 4 eggs in my diet.for some reason I just feel amazing after like an hour or so.i attribute recent successs to hydration and that and in my opinion you guys should try it too.it like a refreshing feeling of some sort can’t explain it.
