So Roger showed how both his muscles and ligaments in his forearms got bigger and really improved wrist size. But I was thinking, could the same be possible with Ankle size? I know that Roger has a skinny/small frame like me, but the thing is that it would be pretty weird to look jacked in the arma department and have huge wrists but have tiny ankles. Could you do the same for the ankles? Training the ankles like armwrestlers train forearms😂
