Question regarding the bulk
I am bulking at 3200 cals daily from Monday to Friday.i gotta ask would it be neccecary to do that shit daily on my off days or let it ride and see if it works?

u supossed to do it daily, unless you are getting too much weight too quickly
Boxing & lifting
Hey guys I just wondering if i strated lifting and bulking will this effect my boxing and vice versa, i saw roger talking about doing combat training while also doing bodybuilding and I want to know how can i manage both 🔝 and still make a great gains like you guys did especially in the forearm and arm area

I do casual sparring weekly and sometimes 2 times a week, As long as you do your cardio and leverage your shoulder training (Trust me they are gonna be sore) you will be alright

@Mr Me Im a beginner, dont worry. I think thats why after every sparring for around 3/4 rounds my shoulders and traps gets absolutely destroyed. So of course i dont do that much shoulders and traps now, maybe once a week and then the sparrings
Anatomy question:
So Roger showed how both his muscles and ligaments in his forearms got bigger and really improved wrist size. But I was thinking, could the same be possible with Ankle size? I know that Roger has a skinny/small frame like me, but the thing is that it would be pretty weird to look jacked in the arma department and have huge wrists but have tiny ankles. Could you do the same for the ankles? Training the ankles like armwrestlers train forearms😂 Could rice bucket training work for feet?? Would you like me to do a full feet, ankles and toes workout??

i have naturally big feets bc i walk without shoes in my backyard pretty often, Size 12. Train ur tibialis muscle and calves really well, it should help
Height and weight
How tall are you and how heavy are you? Also, would you ever consider doing Weighted pullups for your back day? They are really good and doing regular pullups right after will provide an excellent pump in your back and Biceps

Today I came back from a 2 night camping trip that I went on with some of my mates. We were at a holiday park near the beach, so it was pretty nice physically. On the other hand though, my “friends” weren’t that great. They blamed shit on me that I didn’t do, critiqued random stuff for no reason, and ran away from me while I was having a piss (was kinda funny tho ngl). I have had a lot of fun with some of them in the past, but for others it’s always been 50/50 cause one of em bullied me sometimes when we were younger. One of the interactions on the trip left me staring at the night sky with suicidal thoughts, so I’m really just wondering if it’s worth it staying with them (the rest of them are nice). I think I know what I wanna do, but please give me your insight in the comments, it would help a lot. Here are some nice pics I took

You already know the best decision, you just have to do it, Talk it with someone older too, maybe parents, any sibling or family, it helps
