Hello Guys , I’m Anas and I’m 18 , now i am 5”6 and I don’t wanna be that short , sometimes i think about ending my life because of this , please understand me. Now maybe any one of you guys could help me grow taller by just giving me some information and advice , even my little brother is taller than me he’s 16 and still growing when i was 16 I did grow a cm , but i was smoking at that time now i have quit smoking and i will do whatever it takes to grow taller , please help me guys , don’t let my hopes down… thanks.

im good at push ups i can do like 50 to 60 in one go but when it comes to pull ups i can only do around 3 any advice on how to get better at pull ups?

does anyone here know what i could do to get taller?

i do lat pulldowns and machine rows. but my back doesn't seem to wanna grow.
