Ive been lifting for 2 yrs, im 15yo. I really struggle with bulking.
After seeing Rogers videos, I really wanted to start daily forearm training, but the thing is - i play the cello (a musical instrument) and im afraid my forarms will be cooked for the whole day.
I do bro split. Rn full bodybuilding.
Can i get some bulking tips and maybe some callouts like which muscles should i focus on? Also if yall have some advice on forearm training, would be greatful. Thanks.
