Hi from NSW, Australia
I'm 66 years young and determined to age as slowly and healthily as possible. Retired mother of two, 3 grandchildren and I have a very supportive husband. I consider myself very fortunate. Have been following Kitty and Craig for some time now and it's obvious their approach works. You just have to look at them. I have always tried to be active and healthy but have been more focused on nutrition and training over the last two years since ditching alcohol and taking up a gym membership. Ready to take this to the next level and work on losing fat and improving body composition. So grateful for this site and the helpful information here

Hello! 45 yo with hx of endometriosis and now perimenopause:( Long hx of tracking, weighing food and cannot live that life. Definitely interested in getting more protein and losing belly fat that has accumulated over the last few years but need to find a sustainable way that doesn’t include tracking everything I eat all day, everyday. That sets me up for a very unhealthy mindset. Would love any suggestions or recommendations:)

I did the win at life program in 2021 and experienced an increase of energy and felt great. I stopped tracking 6 months into the program due to travel and having a 1 year old to look after but things were ok! I had another baby which I believe was possible because I really nourished my body thanks to the WAL program. The past year, I have been struggling with sleep and very low energy.. I’m also experiencing perimenopausal symptoms (this started after a tooth infection and the procedures). I’ve reached back to the basics of tracking my food and noticed immediately that I’m under-eating protein and carbs… I’m really curious to hear about other people’s experience with this way of eating ❤️.

Hi everyone so looking forward to this. I train & eat fairly well but this last year of perimenopause & stress & just life everything has changed. I feel like I’m drowning and can’t get out of the night sweats the weight gain. Thank you for this community, it’s come at the right time 😊
