I did the win at life program in 2021 and experienced an increase of energy and felt great. I stopped tracking 6 months into the program due to travel and having a 1 year old to look after but things were ok! I had another baby which I believe was possible because I really nourished my body thanks to the WAL program. The past year, I have been struggling with sleep and very low energy.. I’m also experiencing perimenopausal symptoms (this started after a tooth infection and the procedures). I’ve reached back to the basics of tracking my food and noticed immediately that I’m under-eating protein and carbs… I’m really curious to hear about other people’s experience with this way of eating ❤️.
