I'm 66 years young and determined to age as slowly and healthily as possible. Retired mother of two, 3 grandchildren and I have a very supportive husband. I consider myself very fortunate. Have been following Kitty and Craig for some time now and it's obvious their approach works. You just have to look at them.
I have always tried to be active and healthy but have been more focused on nutrition and training over the last two years since ditching alcohol and taking up a gym membership. Ready to take this to the next level and work on losing fat and improving body composition.
