Hi
My name is Mira El-Khoury and I am from Texas. I struggled with migraines for some time, none of the doctors were able to help. Shortly afterwards I was introduced to the work of Dr Ray Peat and whilst I was able to fix my migraines over the last 4 years I gained weight that I am just not able to shed. I think my diet is reasonable but I still can’t figure out why the number on the scale won’t budge! Excited to be in this community and looking forward to everything I can learn in hopes of improving how I feel about my body.

Hello Everyone, Mel here. 43 years old and have began the journey to lose weight and improve my health. It’s not an easy road, but through significant changes and the importance of making long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, I’m sure I can do this.
