I want to give you a sneak peak into how we do this using our RYM Method. This is the backend dashboard of our app. This client is 45 years old and is 3 weeks into one of our programs. As you can see this client has lost a small amount of weight but had a huge shift in her measurements, she has put on muscle and lost body fat! The holy grail! One of our focuses initially when you come in is to improve your body composition so more muscle and less body fat. This helps boost your metabolism, you can eat more and still lose body fat, it targets fat around the middle as strength training and muscle building improve insulin sensitivity and reduce cortisol levels, two factors that directly influence the ability to lose belly fat. It improves your hormone sensitivity and helps prevent fat regain; muscle acts like a calorie sink, allowing women to eat more while maintaining their weight, reducing the risk of gaining fat back after losing it. When you join any of our programs we work out your current body composition and desired weight and body composition. From there we can work out calories and macro targets that match your goals and build a meal plan incorporating pro-metabolic foods based on the meal frequency that suits you. We then either design a training program specifically for you or help you choose one that fits your goals and schedule.
