how to I get started with tracking?
I am hearing so much about the importance of tracking. Does anyone have a reliable system for doing this? Journal? App? If its journalling, what is the equation for figuring out the macros?

Hi I have a question I have started reading Kate Deerings book how to heal your metabolism I have no gallbag it was taken out when I was 16 just wondering if anyone on here has followed the higher fat diet and if you have had issues with it Thanks

Intro
Hey, I’m a 41 year old mama of 5, and really wanting to get strong again, and feed my body what it needs during this time in life. Was having some perimenopausal symptoms before getting pregnant with my youngest. I gave birth 6 months ago now and really want to make sure I am nourishing myself well before the hormonal changes crash again. Looking forward to meeting with you all. 😊

Do I need a gym membership?
Do the training programs require access to a gym? I am wondering if I would be able to get by on some of the exercises at home while I work towards affording a gym membership?
