Intro
Hey, I’m a 41 year old mama of 5, and really wanting to get strong again, and feed my body what it needs during this time in life. Was having some perimenopausal symptoms before getting pregnant with my youngest. I gave birth 6 months ago now and really want to make sure I am nourishing myself well before the hormonal changes crash again. Looking forward to meeting with you all. 😊

@Chantry Edwards nice to meet you Chantry. Amazing you are getting out for a walk by yourself. You are so right, pregnancy, breast feeding and sleepless nights really do take a toll on our bodies. I have zero energy right now, and I really need to start meal planning as I can go all day with out eating much of anything. I’m starting to have higher protein breakfast for the most part, but I really need to be intentional about that. Hard to do when I’ve had hardly any sleep.

@Chantry Edwards it’s amazing the cognitive load with littles around hey? I have done batch cooking and it does help, I fall off the band wagon with it when I’m over tired though.

I’m Melinda from New Brunswick Canada, I am 55 and have gained 15 lbs over the last 5 years. It’s been a struggle for me to lose this weight. Started weight training last year and have just switched my program to your 3 day program, I am excited to learn more!
