This will be your progress tracker. 🚀 2-Documenting your weight on Day 1 - you will document your progress and check in on Saturdays with the group. (See "check-in" post for check-in instructions) Take front, back and side pics (shirtless for dudes and sports bra for the ladies) and put it at the top of the note - you don't need to share pics with the group, but you are welcome to on check in days if you're comfortable. You asked for it. Now download the PDF. ⚡️ I will be creating in-depth videos on what I’m doing each day of the week. Once it’s done, I will drop it into the classroom section. This is the exact routine that transformed my physique, eliminated a ton of stress and confusion and how to actually get results in the gym. The biggest secret all of this is that every day I’m just doing 3 things: 1) exhausting the targeted muscle group, 2) maintaining an eight hour a night, sleep schedule, and 3) hitting my daily protein. Do this consistently through November and December and I promise you your body will absolutely transform. 🔥

Hey all! I’m new here and just getting back into the gym. Can’t wait to see everyone reach their fitness goals. Today is a short gym day for me so I’m doing 20 min on the stair stepper.

Daily Activity: 31 Oct + some
Yesterday (30 Oct) was an upper body day and was still feeling that intense leg day yesterday. Got a quick Halloween run in tonight and we’re all ready to hand out candy. 🎃 It’s been a month of challenges, opportunities and self reflection. I’m excited for next month to start new goals and work harder. I know what I need to improve and prioritize 💪🏼 Happy Halloween! 👻
