Looking forward to the new challenge. I’m grateful for my health. I’ve been slacking off at the gym so this is my first check in. Not too much has changed since I started exercising again so I’m glad I’ve got a new plan to shake things up.

162 lbs BF% 11% I’m up in body fat this week. Likely due to a slight subconscious relax in diet and cardio know that we’re starting a challenge soon. Luckily the weekly check in caught it. I’m fixing it today with some added cardio. And will continue through the week. Also getting my diet back in check. Win of the week: launched a new website for a client that was a huge project. Gratitude this week for me is that I have an able body and some amazing people to spend the holidays with. ❤️🙏💪🏽 How is everyone else?

23 Nov Weigh In: 147 BF% 29.6 Not thrilled with where I’m at but I have a plan and I’m working it, and constantly reminding myself that it takes time. So using the Hume Health App and with the FitTrack scale to measure BF%, Bone Mass, and whole bunch of other stuff! Excited to kick off the challenge and stay consistent. Win of the Week: did all 3 lift sessions this week! last few weeks we’ve been missing due to sickness or work. Grateful for the constant support from my family and friends ❤️
