STACK Weigh In
26 Oct - didn’t actually weigh in this week. But checking in (late) and the check in is my weigh in. Mentally feeling better about progress even if physically I’m not there yet. Finishing out this month I know what I need to focus on and how to keep the progress going.

10/26 Check In
Up 1.8lbs Down .5% body fat ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I feel like all the work I’ve been doing in October is finally starting to pay off. 164.7 lbs 10.5% body fat I’ve upped the weight that I’m lifting and implemented slower movements. Making sure I’m exhausting the muscle group that I’m working before I hit my 100 situps and 10 to 15 minutes of cardio. Cardio is 3mph 10 incline 10-15 mins I have some more fat to melt off my midsection. But I can feel my abs through that body fat. I’ve never worked my core this much. Definitely feeling stronger. 5.5 days left and we crown the first STACK Fitness Games Champ. I’m paying for someone’s gym membership. 💰 We are going to mix it up next month. I’ll be sending out an exact stack to follow every day. The winner of next month challenge will be different than how the winner of this month wins. I’ll add a gym selfie tomorrow. I definitely feel like my physique is changing as well. Keep Stackin’ SV

19 Oct Weigh In: 139lbs Not surprised by the increase based on the time of month but honestly frustrated. It’s been a few weeks and part of me knows I could do more and better and the other part of me is simply tired. But…. This is a new week and better choices will be made and work will be put in. Goals for the week: Hitting protein goal 10k daily steps - 15k where I can Lifting 3x a week Running 2x a week 2x long lead training with Sunny

Starting weight: 138.6lbs 12 Oct Weigh In: 138.2lbs Continued to get runs and my steps in even though our trainer was sick most of the week. Goals: Hitting protein goal & prioritizing protein 15k steps Lifting 3-4x a week Running 2x a week

10/1 was: 166.3 12.3% Body Fat TODAY 10/12 Maintained weight at 166.2 DROPPED to 10.2% body fat over the last 2 weeks! 🥊🔥💪🏽 STACKING works. Was pumped to see the Inbody scale today. Can wait to see how everyone’s check ins go today. Remember if you’re not tracking bodyweight daily to make sure to put it in your app on Saturdays. Take new pictures front side and back and put it in your phone. And then update the group for your weekly check-in.
