Up 1.8lbs Down .5% body fat ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I feel like all the work I’ve been doing in October is finally starting to pay off. 164.7 lbs 10.5% body fat I’ve upped the weight that I’m lifting and implemented slower movements. Making sure I’m exhausting the muscle group that I’m working before I hit my 100 situps and 10 to 15 minutes of cardio. Cardio is 3mph 10 incline 10-15 mins I have some more fat to melt off my midsection. But I can feel my abs through that body fat. I’ve never worked my core this much. Definitely feeling stronger. 5.5 days left and we crown the first STACK Fitness Games Champ. I’m paying for someone’s gym membership. 💰 We are going to mix it up next month. I’ll be sending out an exact stack to follow every day. The winner of next month challenge will be different than how the winner of this month wins. I’ll add a gym selfie tomorrow.
