Not surprised by the increase based on the time of month but honestly frustrated. It’s been a few weeks and part of me knows I could do more and better and the other part of me is simply tired. But…. This is a new week and better choices will be made and work will be put in.
Goals for the week:
Hitting protein goal
10k daily steps - 15k where I can
Lifting 3x a week
Running 2x a week
2x long lead training with Sunny
