Take some time to reflect on the past year. The good. The bad. The meh. The mindblowing. Take 10 minutes or so and write down your wins & gratitude. And then write down the things you overcame this year. Recognize that you triumphed over all of it. You’re still here. Still standing. Document that sh*t. You made it. Give yourself some credit. Some grace. Breathe in how amazing and capable you are. Breathe out the negativity, and let go of the expectation of perfection. Replace it with self love & self acceptance. It’s always only you vs you. Let go of what you can’t control. And lock the f*ck in on what you can.
