Thoroughly hated taking these lol, but it’s a starting point I guess. Goal is to drop body fat as close to or under 20% and get consistent using the peloton tread and our sauna.

2024 Reflection 😍😭🙄🤯
Take some time to reflect on the past year. The good. The bad. The meh. The mindblowing. Take 10 minutes or so and write down your wins & gratitude. And then write down the things you overcame this year. Recognize that you triumphed over all of it. You’re still here. Still standing. Document that sh*t. You made it. Give yourself some credit. Some grace. Breathe in how amazing and capable you are. Breathe out the negativity, and let go of the expectation of perfection. Replace it with self love & self acceptance. It’s always only you vs you. Let go of what you can’t control. And lock the f*ck in on what you can.

Questions
-How are you all getting body fat measurements and other metrics? -Where will we post check ins, etc? I’m new to the app so I don’t want to be like my mom saying hi to Uncle Larry as her personal Facebook post. Maybe that’s already me with this one 😆 -Do we send progress pics to Shawn, or how does that work?

For the body fat, we got one of the HUME scales that’s supposed to be able to detect all that. Not sure how accurate it is but using it’s the consistent measuring stick should be great.
