Lately, with really pushing myself in my career and trying to finish my masters program, I’ve found little time, motivation or energy to get in workouts. So today, I’ll celebrate the little wins that I’ll keep STACKING.
I walked 45 min while I worked, met my stand goal and got in my 100 sit ups for the second day of the October games. For me, it’s just as much about being kinder to myself when I don’t meet my activity goals but instead celebrating the small stuff. I’ll count today as a win.
