Day 1
Here goes nothing. Weight: 224.1 lbs. Body Fat: still working on getting a device to measure, should be here Sunday. Feeling motivated thanks to Shawn. Glad to have some accountability. No access to a gym today, so I put together my own routine outside that included 100 pushups, 35 minutes of walking/jogging mix, and stair calisthenics. Felt good, despite sub-freezing temps.

Thoroughly hated taking these lol, but it’s a starting point I guess. Goal is to drop body fat as close to or under 20% and get consistent using the peloton tread and our sauna.
