Hey Welcome to the Community!! 😚
Before hopping into the community guideline I want to break a few things down for you! For starters: I want to create a fun and safe environment for everyone that is In here to not only grow their skills, make a lot of money, but to also make some awesome like minded friends! Coaching Call Schedule: Sundays 6 pm EST - Intro to Sales 🐻 (Coach Maddie) Tuesdays 6 pm EST - Live Mock Calls ✨ (Both Coaches) Thursdays 6 pm EST - The Sales Lab 🦈 (Coach Dylan) Now into the community expectations: 1. A new section of the course will open EVERY 4 days! I really want to not only teach you sales but to teach you right. Without practicing each skill in between, sales gets really confusing and overwhelming.  2. Get Active! It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to learn sales without talking about it with other people, asking questions, and PRACTICING your skills. In between each module I expect you to post your thoughts, questions, concerns in the chat, and PRACTICE each skill in between each section with other members! 3. I WILL NOT place you in a role if you’ve not gone through the course, I have not seen you on a majority of coaching calls, and if you’re not active in the community. I want to guarantee your success.  4. IF YOU ARE BRAND NEW TO SALES, PLEASE DO NOT LEARN THE INTRO TO CLOSING COURSE… IT WILL CONFUSE YOU AND SLOW YOU DOWN IN LEARNING SALES.  Lastly: I want this to be a fun and enjoyable experience for you! If you have any questions, thoughts, and/or concerns dont be afraid to reach out! I want to not only be a coach but be a friend you can count on :)

I care about this more than anything else
Hey Guys, I wanted to have you guys gain a little bit more insight on who I am, and my goals for you! So for starters.. I want you guys to WIN above everything else! Secondly I want to create a really good training system where you guys automatically stand out from the rest. Take you from being a good sales rep to a outstanding rep. But how do I plan on doing this. 1. I want your feedback, if you see where we can improve let me know 2. I really want to teach you guys to put the lead FIRST ( I genuinely believe sales is changing and with it changing people who were taught sales traditionally will slowly start to fade out) 3. I want to teach you that sales is JUST a conversation and to get you away from script selling. A lot of reps who are trained with a script don't know how to sell off script... thats where I want to make you guys succeed and go to framework selling. (it allows you to be more present in the conversation and eventually to be able to sell everything and anything) *reps who only know how to sell on script ONLY know how to sell that type of product or service. 4. Lastly I want to teach you on why youre saying what youre saying. Most reps only know the how. Once you understand why you are truly saying what you are saying you are already the 1% I want you to WIN and to WIN BIG! If you need anything please reach out to Dylan and I as we are here for you! Side note: With being a winner it means being hungry and figuring stuff out for yourself and learning to suck (its okay to suck) Dylan and I are to help you out, but to make you exceptional you need to learn to try figure stuff out and what you cant or have thoughts on that where Dylan and I are here to help you excel Winners Win Happy Hunting 🦈

Final coaching session for the year 🥳
Hey guys! I wanted to pop a community announcement here just so everyone is aware of the up and coming changes going into the new year 😇 But before that I wanted to express how unbelievably grateful I am for each and every one of you being here and believing in the coaches and I to get you to your goals and dreams in the sales world. And also to express how proud I am of every single one of you for the effort and passion you’ve put towards changing your life and the goals you set this past year 🥹 it’s like I’m having a proud mom moment for all of you right now!! With the holiday season fast approaching there are going to be some temporary changes along with some pretty big additions coming in the new year that I’m so excited to share with you all 👀 First things first. The group coaching calls - this coming Monday the 23rd of December 2024 will be our final group coaching session of the year to give you all (and our amazing team) the time needed to celebrate with your friends and family and enjoy the festive seasons 🎄 We will be reopening with a BRAND NEW launch on the 3rd of January 2025 🥳 The new launch 😎 - without giving too much away, the team and I have been racking our brains over the last few weeks on how we could possibly provide you the most amount of value ever seen in any sales community EVER!! And let’s just say there is nothing out there that compares to what we have coming 👀 With that being said, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and energy throughout 2024. Enjoy this well-earned break to relax, reflect, and spend time with loved ones. I can't wait to see what we accomplish together in the new year!
