Phase 2 key takeaways: 🙌🏻
Explained everything about Sms/DM setting and cold DM outreach - both inbound and outbound. When doing DM setting I should match the voice/language style of the influencer. To be able to do that I should first look through their content + identify any specific words or phrases + use them in my messages. Things to keep in mind: - I need to sound like a human being - not a robot - My messages should follow up on their previous ones - like mentioning what they told me and put it in my texts (this shows that I'm actually listening) - Don't ask any pointless questions for example what the weather is - The goal of the conversation is to book them in - This is a human conversation so it can't be an interrogation + they can't feel like I'm selling them The info I NEED to know before I book them in are: 1. Their goals 2. Their current state 3. Why they need us (basically why they can't do this on their own) Bonus - financially see if they're a fit - that's optional.

Phase 1 key takeaways: 🗝️
Covered the fundamentals and also how to succeed + how to fail. For example being lazy, not taking action, not having any goals, and not wanting to improve my skill will guarantee staying stagnant with no progress. On a call, It's important to: - Set a frame right from the start and not let the lead walk all over on me - Have a mindset that I'm there to help not just collect money - Speak less, listen more - Build some rapport in the beginning (small talk - not too much though) I also learned what the most common objections are + if objections come, It usually means I screwed up earlier in the sales process, most likely in the discovery/qualification part - because I didn't find their pain points. Overall, this was an awesome section, covered all the important and basic things to know about sales and setting! :D
