What Are You Working On? 🏃‍♀️
This Q4 sprint energy hits different, doesn't it? I was reviewing my pipeline this morning and got thinking about all the unique challenges this time of year brings. End-of-year budgets. Holiday schedules. The classic "let's circle back in January" conversations. But you know what? This is also when the MAGIC happens. Because while others are slowing down, WE'RE speeding up. While they're planning for next year, we're closing THIS year strong. I know right now you might be: - Racing to hit those end-of-year targets - Testing new approaches in your outreach - Pushing your comfort zone in calls The pressure's real. But so is the opportunity. I wanna know- what are you working on right now that's challenging you? Like, what's your biggest focus for these next few weeks? Whether it's a specific sales goal, a new technique you're trying, or a mindset shift you're making - I want to hear about it. Putting it into words makes the path easier, trust. Drop these goals below and let’s help each other out👇

Sacrifices
Last week was crazy! Just wanted to share a lil W here with the family! I was able to collect over $10k cash collected across both offers I'm in and make just a bit above 2.4k in commissions! Coming into this, I was only a setter at a cold calling ecom offer who was making at most $2k/month. It was a horrible offer, but it thought me valuable skills. It was hard...extremely hard, but hard is good. When you learn how to do the hard things consistently day in and day out, everything else becomes easier. It's not really about the money you make, but truly about the person you become, before you make that money. It's about having discipline and consistency. Once I became the person who woke up every day before 6:00 AM Worked 11-12 hour days Put in weekends of work Put in mocks and practice Sought feedback Making that amount of money just became the result of the person I have become. Discipline is one of the hardest things to have. It is so much easier to turn on the TV, watch some Netflix, go hangout with friends, party, etc. And while those are extremely important for your mental health, I choose to use my time intentionally. Have some time set aside to wind down, but also put in the work that most aren't willing to. I intentionally sacrifice my weekends and my Netflix time for time that I use to grow and develop my skills. Everything in life is a choice. Success requires sacrifice, My question to you is: What are you willing to sacrifice? Either sacrifice temporary pleasures for your dreams or your dreams will become the sacrifice... Much Love, Linkai 🤍

This is so inspiring Linkai, as someone just beginning my sales journey, your insanely valuable insights are something I’m always looking forward to! Thanks for sharing 😇
Dan Lok - youtube
Just watched a great video by Dan Lok - on "words to avoid in sales and closing" 1. "to be honest with you / to be frank with you". -makes it sound like you weren't being honest the rest of the time... or not being frank the whole time. 2."trust me"... - when someone says this, do you trust them? if you're truly trustworthy, then your actions should speak louder than your words. 3. "sorry to bother you"...-the prospect is gonna think "yeah you are bothering me!"...plus you as the sales rep should not be apologizing b/c this puts you at a lower status, and your time is valuable as well. 4."just following up"....-this is an old saying and it automatically sounds 'salesy' 5."buy"....-instead of saying "do you want to buy this"...trade it out with "do you want to take this home with you"; OR "would you like to move forward". 6. 'Contract"....-feels like you're signing your life away, it feels too serious/too heavy. instead say 'agreement'. or "let's get the paperwork out of the way". 7."I haven't heard back from you"....-it sounds normal, but when you say this then the prospect automatically knows why you haven't heard back from them b/c they've been avoiding you! so, it automatically brings resistant. don't make prospect feel bad, instead Add Value / don't make them feel guilty. 8."Individual"...- you don't use this in your normal vocabulary .."i know you are a busy individual" > you wouldn't speak like this in normal conversations. 9.'we are better than 'xyz' company....- don't put down your competition; actually praise them. you want your prospect to come to their own conclusion that you are better... you can say 'xyz company is good, have you spoken with them? what's stopping you for going with them")?.

Oh I'm taking notes!! Thank you for sharing this :D
This community surprises me! (in a good way) :D
I attended my first Sales 101 group call with @Madison DeCoste yesterday and she was incredible (just like she is in her content), but what REALLY surprised me was how fun and interactive the community actually was! It just felt like being on a call with a giant friend group. I got to ask a lot of (probably stupid) questions and take a bunch of notes, but still felt super welcome as a newbie. Feeling lucky to be here with you guys <3 Can't wait to watch the live mock call/review today :)
