Hey, Happy Money Monday you sale slinging fools. Absolute colossal closers and superb setters. I hope everyone has had as much rest and recharge as I have to take off on this Maniacal Money Mondayyyyy👀 Today I want to know not just more about you, but what is a win to you? I had a few different football coaches, some absolutely inspiring and changed my life forever. Others I fist fought and got into it more than Tyson fans this past Weeknd 😂. However they all had one saying in common and it was "Do the little things right, so when the big things come you know what you have to do to win!" And they could not be closer to the truth, but I believe winning is subjective If you want to lose weight but you are talking to a person who is diabetic, 20lbs for you might feel like a start but to them that would be ground breaking!! A closer could be talking about how he went 4/5 closes for the day, but if he is talking to someone who is brand new to sales who is in the dms that literally is their goal (at least I hope it is if they are in sales😂) What are some of your sales wins? And what are some "little goals" that led to bigger wins later down the road?

On a personal front, I had a rough week with a family health emergency at home and didn't really have the space to do anything else. I still had my full-time job and I was trying my best to complete my tasks while processing and attending to the situation. I wasn't in any position to attend any of our group calls either. After a week now, things seem to be looking up! My family member is feeling much better and things seem to be slowly getting back to normal. I'm so relieved about it and also so happy to have the time and mental energy to get back on track. Can't wait to get back to doing more mocks this week :)

I am very happy to say that yesterday I confirmed that I got a setter position and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY! 🤩🤩🤩 Thanks to the GOAT @Tatiana Cooley ! I was able to apply for a really good offer and I would be setting for her, what a relief to know that my closer is a beast! 😭 Also today, I left my 9-5 and going ALL IN for this new position as a setter! 💪🏻❣️ Thank you to all of you in the community for giving me the knowledge needed and also COURAGE for quitting my job and showing me that is %100 possible and that I am not a weird 1 outside of the box who doesn't want to work a 9-5 until death 😭🙌🏻 Especial thanks to the GOATS @Dylan Asena @Matt Menton @Madison DeCoste for giving me such an amazing way of learning something I love doing!
