Hi!! My name is RaeLea Grace, and I am located out of Louisiana! I currently am currently in college but looking forward to starting my sales experience. I have worked in retail for going on 5 years, but I am looking for something with a better sense of community and that will allow me to learn something new almost every day! For this community, I am really looking forward to having something challenge me while being able to learn from an incredible group of people! I look forward to meeting you all!! What’s up guys!? I go by my middle name, Trey, and I am located out of Indiana! I currently am in car maintenance sales working my butt off 50-60 hours a week. Im super excited to move onto the next step in my sales journey. Im hoping to gain more freedom with my time, location, and of course financially. Im ready to GRIND!! Anybody else a gym rat here??

1. **Leakages**: This happens when someone's thoughts unintentionally leak into their speech. For example, a secretary says she'll "fly by" the manager's office, unconsciously revealing that she's thinking about the manager being on holiday. This leakage occurs because the brain filters out most words but sometimes lets unintended ones slip through, revealing hidden thoughts. 2. **Relation or Distance**: The way people position words in a sentence can reveal the emotional closeness or priority of ideas. For instance, saying "I bought a dress with the husband" versus "Me and my husband went shopping and I bought a dress" shows different levels of importance or emotional connection between the events or people involved. 3. **Missing Language**: If someone consistently uses articles like "I," "my," or "then" but skips them in certain parts of the story, it can suggest they are deliberately hiding something.

Thank you Dylan for welcoming me on to my first zoom call. I found it all very interesting to learn about different active listening concepts and language that I probably hear every day and never realized. You can learn a lot by listening to the way someone uses pronouns in their sentences. You may learn about resentment in a relationship, or you may learn about someone's goals and how they view their business, etc. I'll be taking these active listening skills into every day conversations and then into sales calls once I get to that point.
