ok i need advice
ok people i need some advice i have been doing exercise that i do for a while now but i dont seem to build any mucele now it could be becoasue how i am doing it sicne my plan i made is very much based on the plan i had for perosnal trianer that is to get stronger without bulding mucele that was the whole idea to begin with so i dont know if i need to do mroe reps or if i am doing it wrong or less reps so i need your adivce on what to do and how i can build mucele becoasue i dont seem to be gettign stronger either not too much mucele a little bit and maintain it becoasue a couple years nothing has happend i need your help

Do I need to eat more?
So I’ve eaten about 1600 calories so far, I got all 188g of protein to hit my goal of 180g Still around 160lbs. Would anyone recommend eating more?

Today I went to my big gym, just to use the cable machine, and did arms and The pump was huge today I was very happy with the workout A few hours later I was bored and went to my home gym to get some boxing footage, and as I showed up an hour before the home gym closed.
