This was a good and productive day. Cold shower ✅ Breathing exercise ✅ Journaling ✅ Delayed screen time ✅ 10,000 steps ✅(15,000 steps) 30 min workout✅ Deep work ✅ 7-8 hours of sleep ✅(7 hours of sleep) Group check in ✅ Ticking of Goals✅ Reading in bed ✅ I can say that my day started with a jump in my step and it ended with a jump in my step.
