January Fitness Challenge kicks off—let’s crush it together! 💥
Today we start our January Fitness Challenge! Every day: Commit to at least 15 minutes of fitness, walk, run, yoga, strength train, swim etc Every Other Day: Push-Ups! Whether it’s 1 or 50, start where you are and aim to improve throughout the month. Modify as needed (knees, incline, or wall push-ups). FUN FACT A good way to build your push up strength is by doing planks. Pushups are essentially just a moving plank! And a natural, free boob lifter! Stay accountable by posting your daily fitness in the group. Your posts will inspire others! I have included a daily workout tracker below ✔️ Print it off ✔️ Post it on your fridge or where ever you will see it often ✔️ If you haven't already take the 6 Steps to UnF*ck Your Life Course! YOU"VE GOT THIS GIRL! AND YOU ARE WORTH IT! 🔥

January Fitness Challenge kicks off—let’s crush it together! 💥
1 Year Alcohol Free!!
Was I an alcoholic? Maybe. 🤔🙈 Did I drink to escape emotions and stress? Absolutely. Was it hard to quit drinking at parties? At first, yes! I felt like a total buzzkill and a party pooper 💩. But the longer I stayed alcohol-free, the clearer it became: ALCOHOL IS POISON. Full stop. ☠️ I work so hard to keep my body strong, healthy, and fit. So why on earth would I willingly add poison to it—just to “fit in”? No thanks! Now, at 47, I’m stronger, fitter, and healthier than I’ve ever been. And one of the biggest reasons for that is my decision to eliminate alcohol. If you’re on the fence about cutting it out, let this be your sign. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health, my mindset, my vibration, and my life. Cheers to that (with sparkling water, of course)! 🥂💪🏽🔥 Start 2025 off with a healthy bang, not hung over! Together we can thrive and create the lives we truly deserve. 💥 I’d love for you ladies to share any tips or tricks that helped you quit alcohol! 1 Year Alcohol Free!!
Day 3 & 4
Today was a busy day my guests @Gi Di and her husband left today after spending two beautiful weeks here! I was busy cleaning etc and could have made every excuse in the book to skip my workout!! But after supper, when it's usually my bedtime, I laid down my mat in my living room and did a 20 minute peloton core strength class. It was a benchmark class featuring planks, hollow body holds, and Russian twists. The beauty of benchmark classes is that you give your best effort, then, with consistent workouts, retake the class later to see your progress in reps and time! I highly recommend taking a benchmark class to see where you are at! I will link it here Peloton Core Strength Benchmark Class with Robin Arzon Robin Arzon is one of my favourite instructors on Peloton, see gifs below! And I am on a 467 Day streak!! Welcome New Warrior 🏹
Welcome to EmpowerHER! A special shoutout to @Pauli Anne the Queen of Frequency 💫. I met Pauli through my amazing fellow Freedom from Self-Sabotage Coach, @Ben Grant Mitchell and they’ve both become dear friends and family! Ben is actually the reason I’m here on Skool today! His powerful meditations and coaching have guided me immensely. Through this journey, I’ve realized the value of always having a mentor or coach—not because I can’t do it alone, but because he keeps me accountable and helps me show up as the best coach for others. Growth is a continuous process, and I’m always learning and evolving! 🌟 The online world is funny — I’ve never met Pauli or Ben in person, but it feels like I’ve known them for years! You might see Ben pop in to like or comment on our posts occasionally. He’s one of my admins but always brings the best vibes and positivity.
