Day 3 & 4
Today was a busy day. My guests @Gi Di and her husband left today after spending two beautiful weeks here! I was busy cleaning etc and could have made every excuse in the book to skip my workout!! But after supper, when it's usually my bedtime, I laid down my mat in my living room and did a 20 minute peloton core strength class. It was a benchmark class featuring planks, hollow body holds, and Russian twists. The beauty of benchmark classes is that you give your best effort, then, with consistent workouts, retake the class later to see your progress in reps and time! I highly recommend taking a benchmark class to see where you are at! Day 3 ~ 40 minute hot yoga 3 pushups, a couple planks, night time walk in the park Day 4 ~ 15 minute hot cycle class ~ picked up my brother in law from the airport and had a busy couple of days, although tempted to skip the gym, I kept my streak!! Also no alcohol still, which I'm thankful for, I usually drink it up when I have out of town visitors. :)

I met Pauli through my amazing fellow Freedom from Self-Sabotage Coach, @Ben Grant Mitchell and they’ve both become dear friends and family! Ben is actually the reason I’m here on Skool today! His powerful meditations and coaching have guided me immensely. Through this journey, I’ve realized the value of always having a mentor or coach—not because I can’t do it alone, but because he keeps me accountable and helps me show up as the best coach for others. Growth is a continuous process, and I’m always learning and evolving! 🌟 The online world is funny — I’ve never met Pauli or Ben in person, but it feels like I’ve known them for years! You might see Ben pop in to like or comment on our posts occasionally. He’s one of my admins but always brings the best vibes and positivity. Day 2!
I just finished a 15minute core strength class on my Peloton APP, which is my daily go to app! The app even has a feature that allows me to track my outdoor walks. Which I have committed to going for a beach walk 5x per week, Monday to Friday for an hour! It's the perfect way for me to start the morning, out in nature, feeling accomplished from walking with my 20lb weighted vest, bare feet on the beach. If you are intrigued by the weighted vest, I do not recommend starting off with 20lbs if you are a newbie, but they do come in 6lbs, 8lbs, and 12lbs. @Tina Dietrich I hear rescue dogs are such great animals, they are so grateful. Good you gave him a loving home! 🥰 I have a little Molly, she is such a turd, she doesn't like other animals, or people, or the wind. 🤣 lol
