Day 3 & 4
Today was a busy day. My guests and her husband left today after spending two beautiful weeks here! I was busy cleaning etc and could have made every excuse in the book to skip my workout!!
But after supper, when it's usually my bedtime, I laid down my mat in my living room and did a 20 minute peloton core strength class.
It was a benchmark class featuring planks, hollow body holds, and Russian twists. The beauty of benchmark classes is that you give your best effort, then, with consistent workouts, retake the class later to see your progress in reps and time! I highly recommend taking a benchmark class to see where you are at!
