Hi, I’m Ally a mum of 2 from Melbourne.
I’m a previous 16 week accelerator success story that had a little mishap at the start of the year by dropping a 20kg plate on my foot in the gym. I just achieved my brown belt but want to find a balance with my strength training and martial arts training which is now 4 days per week.
I’ve put a little of my weight back on and lost some tone so I’m focusing on my strength training and food tracking habits to make it easier to mesh with karate when it kicks back in next year.
