Hey @Kitty Blomfield , I’m needing help with scheduling my workouts. It’s okay now on holidays, I’m getting in 4 sessions per week (2 x full body, 1 x upper and 1 x lower) but once the karate season is back, the mid-week sessions are harder to get in. I will be training in the dojo Monday - Thursday nights, if I have a full body session in the morning on a Wednesday and then upper Saturday and lower Sunday - will that be enough to maintain the strength work over the summer break? 😊 Thanks!
Intro
Hi, I’m Ally a mum of 2 from Melbourne. I’m a previous 16 week accelerator success story that had a little mishap at the start of the year by dropping a 20kg plate on my foot in the gym. I just achieved my brown belt but want to find a balance with my strength training and martial arts training which is now 4 days per week. I’ve put a little of my weight back on and lost some tone so I’m focusing on my strength training and food tracking habits to make it easier to mesh with karate when it kicks back in next year.
