Ups and downs
Had a bit of a mixed day, a stranger made some very unflattering comments about me at the gym that left me feeling down; but later the same day a family member that hasn't seen me in a month commented on a photo to say that it looks like I had lost a load of weight. So focusing on the positives, and ending the day on a high!

Cakes & ting
On moving to Spain, I’ve drastically cut down on the amount of chocolate & cakey treats I used to enjoy. Since starting the Heist, I’ve really been more aware of what I’m eating & drinking, so I’ve eaten even less (cake!). I’m not cutting it out entirely, but also not going to whip myself like Silas on the Da Vinci Code if I do have some 🙂

Week Two Heist
As we were away last week, the first week was a slow warm up. 2/10. Back to it as of today. Steps and calories are where they should be. Plus a couple of hours of BJJ. Not looking forward to the stress positions 😂

Quick wins to maintain motivation and momentum
Couple of quick wins today: 1 - Droppoed 1.3kg on the scales so far, recognise this is mainly water but nice to see. 2: As I was getting up to go to the gym this morning my 7 year old asked if I could do it later so he could do it with…..I’ll take that! All part of the plan to be a good role model 👊 Hope your all feeling the benefits too x

Performance Planner
Hey team, My copy of the TC PT Performance Planner has arrived, WITH STICKERS!!!!!!!! Got to say, I’m impressed by it already, and I think it will be really useful for the heist 🎃 . So either buy one ASAP, or get yourself to Level 5 👍
