I know I’m late, my last two weeks have been a bit of a disaster in terms of time as I’ve gone through a full organisational restructure at work and my job has been at risk 🤦🏻‍♂️, I’ve even had to interview against 2 others for my own job! fortunately I got the job but it was a tough competitive process so I’ve been totally distracted and slightly off kilter! I have still been doing phys, and eating well in the background. My starting weight was 77kg and I’m down to 74.2kg. Although I’ve just had a chip shop so no doubt that’ll change. I just want to say a big thanks for everything @Thomas Collins for doing this, and also a big thanks to everyone else for their advice and support along the way!

Pending Social - Beer question
Is there such a thing of low calorie non alcohol beer? I’m going on a long planned camping trip at the weekend with a few mates who are bound to be packing a crate or two, love some options of a low calorie version if you can spare me 2……..

If I can’t NEAT is it acceptable to EAT?
Right team, I’ve messed up my day steps wise, so what do I do? Yeah yeah, plan ahead and prioritise next time - got it. So although got my WOD done this morning, I am on less than 3000steps for the day. Go out for a walk I hear you say - I can’t really I’m home alone in charge of my youngest who is off to bed soon. Stay in for a walk? Bit weird but I guess I could pace like a caged animal… I have a BikeErg in the garage, so I could jump on the bike but this would be EAT not NEAT but it’s still movement and calorie 🔥. At the end of the bike session I will have no more steps but I will have ‘moved’. So, if I can’t NEAT, shall I EAT? I’m confused, I’m over thinking….

Any activity is better than no activity, if you can get the bike out, i’de do that 👍
