Right team, I’ve messed up my day steps wise, so what do I do? Yeah yeah, plan ahead and prioritise next time - got it.
So although got my WOD done this morning, I am on less than 3000steps for the day.
Go out for a walk I hear you say - I can’t really I’m home alone in charge of my youngest who is off to bed soon.
Stay in for a walk? Bit weird but I guess I could pace like a caged animal…
I have a BikeErg in the garage, so I could jump on the bike but this would be EAT not NEAT but it’s still movement and calorie 🔥. At the end of the bike session I will have no more steps but I will have ‘moved’.
So, if I can’t NEAT, shall I EAT? I’m confused, I’m over thinking….
