I have signed up to do the Men’s doubles on the Sunday in Birmingham. Myself and partner have never done a Hyrox event before. What can we expect and what would be a reasonable finish time?
I’m thinking of adding some yoga/ stretching into my day, I have never been very flexible to start but now as I’m getting older I’m even less flexible , how many of you are already doing it? have you found it beneficial and do you use and app?
Had a consistent week of training, even with work commitments being busy this week in and out of work hours I have still managed to make time to get to the gym and not use it as an excuse.
Is Hyrox just an extended CrossFit workout/ Functional workout? Is it just a new brand of CrossFit? I have seen more and more people getting into it but what’s the difference between a Hyrox athlete or a CrossFit athlete?
