Hey team, I’ve signed up to the Heist Home workouts, even though I have access to a full gym 4-5 days a week. I’ve just done today’s, less than 30mins 👍 They are decent workouts on their own but could also be a nice side-dish to a gym programme. Perhaps use them as a cheeky little morning WOD to get the blood moving first thing or if life gets in the way of gym routine etc. Anyways, I hope ye are all doing well, well not too well I want to win this thing - right? 😜. Seriously though this is not about competing against each other, it’s about competing ‘against’ ourselves, for ourselves… oh my think I’m gonna be sick 🤢.
