You asked for it. Now download the PDF. ⚡️ I will be creating in-depth videos on what I’m doing each day of the week. Once it’s done, I will drop it into the classroom section. This is the exact routine that transformed my physique, eliminated a ton of stress and confusion and how to actually get results in the gym. The biggest secret all of this is that every day I’m just doing 3 things: 1) exhausting the targeted muscle group, 2) maintaining an eight hour a night, sleep schedule, and 3) hitting my daily protein. Do this consistently through November and December and I promise you your body will absolutely transform. 🔥

Arm day additions
#1 Reverse bicep curls #2 Chest out single arm supported curls Do these nice, slow and controlled. 4 sets. Each of the four sets until failure. Stack additional weight after each set. Keep tension on the biceps through every rep. Let me know if you have any questions and let me know how you like an arm day after adding them in.
