Santa Splash PBs
I am late posting this but my son Martin attended his first ever long course gala a couple of weekends ago and he totally smashed it in my opinion.
He got some decent times in all 6 events and as a bonus he came away with a 🥈 in 50m backstroke and a 🥉 100m breaststroke. He just missed out on another silver in 50m breaststroke by 0.71 seconds (he was well annoyed as you can imagine 😬) I am very proud of him, his attitude during the day was excellent and he looked super confident. He said he managed to calm his nerves with breathing technique and visualisation 👍
