They Understand Modern Swimming...
Turns & underwaters are hard, I get it. If it was easy, everybody would do it. And that's exactly where you can gain a HUGE advantage over your competitors. Most swimmers think they'll get good at turns & underwaters eventually. Yet, they take no action to actually improve them on a daily basis. Did you know that the team at the University Of Virginia drilled new holes into their pool so they could train in short-course meters instead of short-course yards? Success isn't accidental. Kate Douglass, Gretchen Walsh and Alex Walsh are proof. Here's Noe Ponti doing turns & underwaters. What are you doing in practice to speed up your fly kicks and stay under water for longer?? Share your tips in the comments for others to get inspired please!!

Flow
Hey guys, I dont seem to enter a kind of flow when swimming 50 free. For example when I swim 100 free I get the sense of glideing in the water and I feel like im going faster. When I swim the 50 free i dont have that feeling even thou im swimming faster. It feels like im going slower than I actually can. So is it supposed to feel like that or am I missing something?
