Intro
Morning Lads ..... Downloaded SK App this morning- weird how things appear when you need them .... I'm a Dad & bonus Dad .... Lost my daughters Mum to cancer, my Mum to cancer & my Dad to 'loneliness' within 18 months back in 2013-2015 .... I haven't allowed myself to grieve & still suffer daily .... Like lots of you I live my life on pins feeling 'not good enough', full of self doubt, guilt, scared, worried, cruising, just getting by .... But don't let the world see this to the point where most people that know me would say 'Sean is such a great positive guy' .... I'm great at raising others significance and even better at lowering my own .... Need to wobble my head & get back to living .... Let's fucking go ....

Hello
Thought I'd introduce myself. I turned 50 last week and since the start of the year have been struggling with that prospect. At the same time my marriage has hit a rocky patch so things have happened in spades. Been a member here since May 24 and dipped in and out. Have now actually took action and currently half way through the 5 day challenge which is truly amazing. I'm so positive about the future.

This is me
Hi, I'm Michael. Father of a 7 year old called George. I'm looking to continue to develop and stay on track after completing the blueprint and being part of the Brotherhood. I have struggled with procrastinating in the past and having goals in life. I'm.looking forwards to getting to know you guys and gaining inspiration from you all. Let's go. JB podcasts are excellent so if you are not already doing so I would highly recommend making sure you listen to them. I work as a HR manager. Massive Leeds fan. MOT. ALAW

This is me
Hi all, went through the 90 day course around 18months ago got so much from it but thought like many I suppose, I can go alone. How wrong I was! suffer from excessive over thinking which leads to bad decisions . Am running in 10km in September to ensure I stay focused on my fitness and weight. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Mental resilience comment
Just watched the introduction of Mental resilience. Great way of breaking down S.O.M. State of mind, and the assets to protect. Chaos to keep out. To help build mental stability and have a better reaction mechanism from the brain to overcome obstacles. Can't let defeat defeat you in the mind. You win when it comes to choices you decide to react too or adapt to no reaction based on the outcome of the scenario from your decision making.
